Personal use
A more organized inbox.
Joey Inbox Organizer helps Joey Hurley organize his personal Gmail account using an automation workflow running on his own n8n server.
What the app does
The app reads selected email messages, uses Google Gemini to suggest a category, and applies Gmail labels or categories such as Work, Personal, Finance, Updates, Spam, and Promotions.
Additional rules archive selected promotional threads and move eligible older threads carrying the AutoDelete-4M label to Trash. The operator can inspect and adjust these rules in n8n.
This app is intended for the operator's own account. It does not offer public account registration.
Google account access
The app connects through Google OAuth with the account owner's consent. Its Gmail access supports reading messages, changing labels, archiving mail, and moving eligible mail to Trash.
Access can be revoked in Google Account connections.
Data and privacy
Email sender information, subjects, and text or snippets are sent to Google Gemini for categorization. Workflow data may also be stored in the operator's n8n execution history.
Read the Privacy Policy for data handling, retention, and contact details.
